Get AppOur app's interface is designed specifically
for autistic children, with large, easy-to-
understand detailed avatars that make
communication simple and fun.
Quick setup.
Ready for your child.
Get your child’s device ready
without involving them in the
setup. Configure Autalkie yourself,
so they can start with a familiar,
prepared space for everyday
communication.
Take care of the settings at your
own pace. Your child won’t need to
navigate menus or follow setup
instructions.
Make Autalkie fit your child.
Flexible settings system:
Choose which cards and
categories your child sees,
enable or hide text input, and
select the language for their
interface, card captions and
spoken phrases.
Keep message history visible
or hide it for a simpler screen.
Enable AutoSend to send a
selected card without an
extra tap on the Send button.
You decide which options to
keep available and can adjust
them over time.
Your words.
A voice that feels right.
Type what the card should say and
choose a consistent synthetic
voice. Creating a spoken message
won’t require your child to record
their voice or repeat a phrase.
For parents and caregivers, we’re
exploring personal recordings and
optional speech generated from
their own voice. A new card could
carry the same familiar voice as the
last one.
More ways to understand each other.

Familiar characters, at every age.
In the next version of Autalkie, you’ll be able to
personalise avatars for children, teenagers and adults.
Fine-tune their appearance, from skin tone and hairstyle
to facial features, to create characters that feel familiar
to your family.
We’re developing avatars that keep a consistent look
across different cards and situations. Whether it’s a child
asking for help, a teenager choosing an activity or a
parent replying, the character should stay recognisable.
Familiar routines.
Voices that feel like home.
In the next version of Autalkie, we’re bringing visual
schedules and personalised voices into your family’s
everyday communication. Build a plan around familiar
activities and give each person’s cards a voice that feels
right for them.
A visual schedule will show what’s happening now and
what comes next, from getting ready in the morning to
an appointment or a favourite activity. Parents will be
able to add and reorder activities, adjust the timing and
update the plan when the day changes. Familiar cards
and characters will connect the schedule to the
messages your family already uses, including asking for
help, a break or more time.
We’re also developing detailed voice settings for
children, teenagers and adults. Choose a voice and
adjust how it delivers a phrase, including its pace and
tone. Keep the same voice across cards, while editing
each card’s caption and spoken message independently.
Voice cloning is part of this planned direction, too.
Where suitable recordings are available and permission
has been given, families will be able to use them as the
basis for a familiar voice. A parent’s new messages could
sound like the parent, even when generated from typed
text. For a child who doesn’t speak or finds recording
difficult, a consistent synthetic voice will remain a
complete option: they won’t need to repeat phrases or
make a recording to create spoken cards.
